Chiefs Sign Veteran WR JuJu Smith-Schuster Right Before Start of Season [Video]

Just before the start of the new NFL season, the Kansas City Chiefs have added more to their offensive attack. The Chiefs are signing veteran wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster, creating a reunion between the two sides.

NFL insider Tom Pelissero was one of the first to break the news on social media.

Smith-Schuster played for the Chiefs during the 2022 season, helping the team win the Super Bowl. He put up seven catches for 53 yards in the Super Bowl as the Chiefs took down the Philadelphia Eagles.

For the season, Smith-Schuster put up 78 catches for 933 yards and three touchdowns. He seemed to build a nice connection with star quarterback Patrick Mahomes, something that the two can continue to build off this season.
