With one week away from Black Friday, one local organization is working to gain support for its annual fundraiser. ANEW Place is preparing for its biggest fundraiser of the year — a Celebration of Trees. The nonprofit organization provides services to the unhoused community.Every year, at the University Mall, ANEW Place raffles off beautifully decorated trees and everything underneath them to raise money for their mission.You can buy a raffle ticket and place as many as you want in the container under the tree you want to win.
