CARM user: Awesome. When I come through the border, I actually had one of the agents mention that we had a new system coming and wanted me to have it done in advance.
Interviewer: How was your experience today registering for CARM?
CARM user: Awesome. Great bunch of people. Photo of the CARM user talking to a CARM specialist. They will walk you through all the questions. Me not being too computer-savvy. It still went really well.
Interviewer: And do you have any feedback on the registration process?
CARM user: Anything that we have to change to make things simpler you’re not comfortable with. But honestly, it’ll be easier for us in the long run.
