JEFFERSON CITY — Members of the community toured seven historic properties being renovated on Capitol Avenue on Sunday.
Owners of these properties opened their doors for a behind-the-scenes peek at the progress of their rehabilitation projects.
The progress tour took place from 1 to 4 p.m. Tickets were $15 when purchased in advance and $20 at the door for adults. Children 12 and under received free entry if accompanied by an adult. The money raised through ticket sales will support the mission of the Historic City of Jefferson.
Nancy Suthoff has lived in Jefferson City her whole life and said she was excited for the opportunity to see inside these buildings.
