A TARGET shopper raged at the chain and explained why a recent self-checkout change made her walk out.
The retailer has introduced a controversial limit on the number of items customers can scan at a self-service kiosk.
Most Target stores will only allow customers to scan and purchase 10 items or less through self-checkouts.
This new policy enraged customer Kimberly Drydale Billings who shared her in-store experience in a Facebook post.
Billings explained that she had previously used the self-service kiosks as she found the wait times to be shorter.
“Went to target today and I always use self checkout because there is usually only one person working the other registers and a long line…” she wrote online.
