As I mentioned in my article about The Oodie’s predatory sales tactics and poor customer service, there appears to be a disconnect between the customer experience and what you can see in The Oodie’s social media comments. I’ve been able to connect the dots! I discovered pages of recent 1-star complaints about The Oodie on Trustpilot that help paint a picture of what could have been said in the hundreds of ‘hidden comments’ on Oodie social media.
