Brittany Mahomes wants people to know she doesn’t need their opinions about her life.

Mahomes sat down for a recent episode of the WHOOP podcast, where the 28-year-old revealed the piece of advice that her husband, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, shared with her about life in the public eye.

“I think the main thing that he always told me is stop caring about what people think, especially the people that don’t even know you,” Mahomes said on the show, admitting that “social media used to get to me a lot.”
