Bride-to-Be Finds Missing Engagement Ring After Posting on TikTok (Exclusive) [Video]

Mackenzie Shaffer was enjoying herself at a festival in Enon Valley, Pennsylvania on Saturday, July 13th, when she looked down and suddenly realized her engagement ring was gone.

The freelance graphic designer and social media manager immediately began searching her pockets for the customized Her Rock Jewelry diamond ring, made by the store’s owner Brianna Chiarello. When she couldn’t find it, she got down on her hands and knees and scoured the floor, hoping it might have fallen there.

“I was fully panicking,” says Shaffer, who lives in Ohio. “I was thinking about how this could have happened.” The 26-year-old, who got engaged to Matt Garasic on August 17, 2023, says that her hands swell and shrink, “so sometimes my ring is loose. I often fidget with it when I’m anxious.”

Realizing the situation, she ran out to break the news to her fiancé. “I told him ‘My ring isn’t on my finger. …
