Boston police arrested a wanted man Saturday evening after he struck two pedestrians with a car and then drove away from the scene, according to police.
Boston resident Dequell Golson, 31, was wanted on charges of strangulation/suffocation, assault on a family member and kidnapping, Boston police said in a press release. He is now facing an additional four firearms charges and one count each of armed career criminal and drug possession. He also received a citation for two counts of leaving the scene of a crash with personal injury and one count of reckless operation and failure to display a headlight.
