Classes are resuming after a bomb threat at a Western North Carolina College, Monday morning. The threat was made toward Southwestern Community College near Sylva.
Officials say classes were closed at the school. The buildings were searched by a bomb sniffing dog from the Western Carolina University Police Department.
No credible threats were discovered during the search. No arrests or further details have been released, as of the time of this report. Classes are expected to resume with the Monday evening slate set to run on regular schedule.
