BGSU conducting, sharing non-partisan Ohio voter polls this fall [Video]

The university’s Democracy and Public Policy Research Network is involving students in the public opinion polling process ahead of Election Day.

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — Bowling Green State University students have the opportunity to participate in research being conducted on Ohio voters ahead of the November election through two non-partisan polls.

The university’s Democracy and Public Policy Research Network, part of its department of political science, already sent one poll in September and will send the second in October, according to a press release.

“We are a nonpartisan network,” said founding director Robert Alexander, a BGSU political science professor. “The data we collect will be used to help inform future research, journalists and policymakers. We also aim to help voters make informed decisions before heading to the polls.”
