Best employers in New York State according to Forbes [Video]

BUFFALO, N.Y. — In a recent article done by Forbes, they shared ‘America’s Best Employers By State‘.  There were quite a few in Western New York that were listed in the Top 100.

According to the Forbes article, “New research from the recruiting and consulting firm Robert Half found that a growing number of workers are content to remain in their current jobs.”

So how did Forbes create their list?  They used a market research firm to survey more than 160,000 employees working for companies in the United States that have at least 500 employees.  The employees were asked how likely they were to recommend their employer on a sale from zero to 10, as well as evaluate their employees they’d worked for in the past two years.
