(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) The City of St. Joseph’s Capital Improvements Program (CIP) half-cent sales tax and the Community Development Block Grant funded the installation of new playground equipment for the Bartlett Center on Thursday, September 26, 2024. 

According to a post from the City’s Facebook page, “Kids at the Bartlett Center spent the morning climbing, sliding and having a blast on their new playground equipment. The playground was installed through funding from the Community Development Block Grant, the Capital Improvements Program (CIP) half-cent sales tax and the St. Joseph Missouri Parks, Recreation, and Civic Facilities Department.”
