HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Here’s a roundup of back-to-school events happening across North Alabama, as the new school year approaches, offering everything from educational classes and free giveaways to festive bashes and community gatherings.

Back to School Bash (Huntsville)Huntsville Parks & Recreation, Huntsville Police Department, and Free 2 Teach will host a Back-to-School Bash on Saturday, July 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Jaycee Community Building, located at 2180 Airport Road.
