CHICO, Calif. – The Action News Now Team had a little help on Saturday stepping up their self-defense skills.

Azad’s Martial Arts trainers spent Saturday morning teaching our reporters and anchors some potentially life-saving skills. It was a lot of fun for the whole team!

Azad’s is well known for going above and beyond to give back to the community with frequent annual events — including the Thanksgiving Basket Brigade, and the back-to-school backpack giveaway.
