The 2025 awards season kicked off on January 6 with the Golden Globes, but it now seems to be coming to a halt due to the wildfires which have devastated the Los Angeles community. 

Some awards ceremonies and nominations have announced that they will postpone the event until LA is back on it’s feet, while others shared that they will go ahead with a “renewed purpose” amidst the tragedy.

But regardless of when they take place, it does seem like the 2025 awards season will be going ahead.
