ATLANTA — Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens supported several local shops on Monday ahead of Small Business Saturday.
He visited multiple business districts as part of the city’s Office of Economic Development’s Atlanta Main Street “Shop Small” campaign.
“Atlanta is a city of connected neighborhoods, and it is important for our administration to lead by example by going into the community to show that you can buy great things while supporting our small businesses,” said Dickens.
Dickens toured and shopped at Turtle Island Trading and Sevananda—both in Little Five Points—Healing U Wellness Boutique, Pub EAV, The Victorian—which is in East Atlanta Village—Afro-Centric Network and JB’s Record Lounge in Historic West End.
