Dr. Frank Amoakohene, Ashanti Regional minister-designate
The Ashanti Region’s newly appointed Minister-Designate, Dr. Frank Amoakohene, is wasting no time setting the tone for his tenure under President John Dramani Mahama.

“During my interactions with the people, I was struck by their desire for economic stability and a better quality of life,” Dr. Amoakohene said, recalling conversations with residents from diverse communities.
He noted that economic concerns, particularly the rising cost of living, were a consistent theme during these encounters.
