BENTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS, Ark. — Update: After a federal indictment in late 2023, the couple was sentenced on Jan. 15, 2025. Benjamin Coney was sentenced to 210 months (over 17 years) in prison followed by 25 years of supervision, and Emily Brinley received 14 years in prison with 15 years of supervision.
