SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) – Mayor Domenic Sarno and Superintendent Lawrence Akers will be announcing a new community engagement initiative for the Springfield Police Department on Thursday – The Citywide Walking Patrol!
That announcement will take place at 11:30 a.m. at the Myrtle Street Park.
