Anchorage Parks and Rec Seeks Input on Local Trails Share Your Thoughts | Homepage [Video]

The Anchorage Parks and Rec team wants your feedback on how to make the area’s trails better.

Trail users in Anchorage, Eagle River, and Chugiak are invited to take a “Trail Use Survey.”

You can share what’s good and not so good about our local trails like the ones at Campbell Creek and Mirror Lake.

Your opinions will help the city as it works to update its Recreational Trail Plan.

“A huge part is working with the public and hearing the community and building space for discussion and people to share ideas,” said Nicolette Dent with Anchorage Parks and Recreation. “We know that there’s people who are out on the trails every day and they have eyes on the ground and they see things and they have expertise that we want to learn.”
