Aminah Robinson Fellowship Award supports budding Black artists [Video]

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — The Greater Columbus Arts Council, in partnership with the Columbus Museum of Art, is set to give out the Aminah Robinson Fellowship Award to one lucky local artist next year.

The award is an opportunity for one young African American artist in central Ohio to harness all their creativity with no limits, if only for a short amount of time.

The fellowship is, in part, to celebrate the life and legacy of local artist Aminah Robinson. Robinson (1940-2015) is a renowned Columbus artist who represented Black history through art.
