ALLENTOWN | Lane restrictions on the eastbound side of Interstate 78 are scheduled to begin overnight Monday into Tuesday from the Route 309 interchange to the Route 412 interchange, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced. The restrictions will be in effect from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Friday. The reason is for concrete patching work, PennDOT said.
