The City of East Point is set to host the Peachtree International Film Festival, November 7-10 with four full days of workshops, and panels on potential number one films at various locations throughout the city. Ticket prices range from free to $250 for VIP tickets. Short films are $5 and feature films are $10.
“Partnerships gave us the opportunity to showcase East Point’s rich cultural heritage, venues, and hospitality with 20 branded hotels throughout the city,” said Chantal Ross Francois, President of the East Point Convention and Visitors Bureau and a Travel and Tourism Sales Professional.
The film festival will take place at Four Points by Sheraton on Camp Creek, The Sonesta Hotel on Virginia Avenue, and Black Arts in America Festival, which was featured in Forbes Magazine.
“We walked into something [East Point] already established,” said Len Gibson, producer of the film festival for 19 years.
