“What we’re bringing to the table is a comprehensive services, not just a place for people to get out of the cold,” Joseph Griego said. As the market president for the Chicanos Por La Causa in New Mexico, he and others want to make some big changes to the formally named Westside Emergency Housing Center — which will now be known as Gateway West.
