AGAZ Summit – building communities for newcomer entrepreneurs to Canada [Video]

To help newcomer and BIPOC entrepreneurs in Canada build strong networks and turn their passions into successful businesses, the Canada Startup Association hosted the AGAZ Summit on November 15, 2024, so that they continue to make Canada a better place and create more employment for skilled, talented people.

Among the tools available to startups were resources to help them grow and expand their business within and beyond Canada, and access to mentorship, networking, and coaching. On the day, newcomer business owners could also attend a panel discussion featuring immigrant entrepreneurs and startup organizations, who spoke about crucial aspects of entrepreneurship such as building a strong community, sharing their success stories with others, and to not hesitate in asking for help on what can be long and challenging journey for many.
