Aespa‘s Winter and Karina recently appeared on Ddeun Ddeun, the YouTube channel of MC Yoo Jae Suk. They talked about a variety of topics ranging from their latest comeback to their memories as trainees.

Regarding the latter, they brought up the fact that they entered SM Entertainment nearly eight years ago.

They still remember the jam-packed schedule they had pre-debut. The idol hopefuls started their day early at 9AM, not at dancing or singing classes but at the gym. They were required to exercise in order to maintain a slim figure.

Since we had to workout, our day started at 9AM. Working out was part of the schedule.
