Mount Laurel, NJ – Tech Benders, LLC is pleased to announce that Aaron Alter has joined its staff as Tech Support Manager and Act! Trainer.  Aaron, who is located in San Diego, CA will provide database design, training, and technical telephone and web-based support for domestic and international Act! and ZOHO users.  Aaron has over 35 years of Act! experience. He has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of CRM ranging from database installation and customization to maintenance and troubleshooting, with particular expertise in database design. He is also a Certified Consultant in the Timeslips program from Sage Software.

A graduate of Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Music degree and Princeton University with a Master of Fine Arts degree.
