Above the Fold: Supply Chain Logistics News (August 23, 2024) [Video]

I’m keeping the promise in Vienna.

Back in July, at the Breakthrough T1D Ride in Burlington, VT, I was honored with The Promise Jersey, which is awarded “to someone who puts others before themselves and has shown unwavering dedication to Breakthrough T1D and the Ride. This jersey recognizes a person who does not have type 1 diabetes but has made a promise to continue riding and fundraising until there are cures.”

On September 17th, I will be joining my Logistics Leaders for T1D Cure Teammate David Shaw (from Transporeon, a team sponsor) in Vienna to do an “epic” bike ride in the city in support of Breakthrough T1D and its mission to find a cure for type 1 diabetes.

What do I mean by “epic”? I don’t know yet, but we will find out soon enough.

David and I rode together in London in September 2022 at the conclusion of the Transporeon Summit that year. This time, we will be riding before this year’s Summitbegins. …
