MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Parents, teachers, and faith leaders all responded to the failed attempt to oust MSCS Superintendent Dr. Marie Feagins on Tuesday, Dec. 17.

“I think there was definitely a way to have more structure, but like I said, righteous rage,” said Brittney Sessoms, an MSCS parent.

Pastor Walter Womack, President of the Memphis Southern Christian Leadership Conference (MSCLC), continued, “I really think this is something that could have been worked out before it got to this point.”
