ECTOR COUNTY, Texas — Ector County leaders are making strides toward a new courthouse, with transparency and collaboration at the forefront. On Tuesday, County Commissioners hosted a public workshop to provide updates, address concerns, and involve stakeholders in the decision-making process.
For County Judge Dustin Fawcett, one principle guides the project: “This will be the community’s courthouse.”
The workshop included key players such as Butler Cohen Design, the primary construction group, and Parkhill, serving as the county’s owner’s representative. These groups are tasked with ensuring the project stays within budget and on schedule.
