No threat found in Bradford High shots fired call [Video]

Kenosha-area law enforcement have confirmed there were no security threats found following the “shots fired” call reported at Bradford High School, 3700 Washington Road Tuesday morning.

The initial call was reported shortly after 10:30 a.m., according to the Kenosha Unified School District. The caller indicated shots were fired at the school, according to department reports. The Kenosha Police Department, via its social media, soon indicated it was an apparent “swatting call,” or a call reporting a fake threat.

Kenosha Police, Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office, Pleasant Prairie Police, Wisconsin State Patrol and the Kenosha Fire Department, among others, sent units to the school and searched on the north side by the field house and on the football field for any suspect. Drones were also deployed in the search.
