Acquisition Further Expands TricorBraun’s North American Footprint

, /PRNewswire/ — Global packaging leader TricorBraun announced today that it has successfully completed its acquisition of Veritiv Containers, previously known as All American Containers. The transaction was originally announced on December 9, 2024.
