Government funding for critical development is limited, creating a need for private investment into London’s Boroughs. Public and private sector partnership sits at the heart of Opportunity London’s mission and is key to unlocking the next £100 billion of capital investment into London’s real estate, infrastructure and energy. To forge and strengthen these long-term partnerships, it is pertinent to identify what investors look for when deploying funding and highlight how public sector organisations can be transparent in their processes to enable both stakeholders to enter mutually beneficial relationships.
This session was driven by Bek Seeley, Chair of the Euston Housing Delivery Group. It covered the fundamentals of private sector investment and how to build an attractive value proposition. The event was designed for London Boroughs who are looking to secure private sector investment and create long-term, sustainable partnerships with the private sector.
