Several Oshkosh restaurants welcoming customers for Restaurant Week [Video]

OSHKOSH, Wis. (WBAY) – 30 restaurants in Oshkosh are participating in Restaurant Week for the next nine days.

Most participating restaurants are offering three-course lunch or dinner meals at a special fixed price. The lunch option is $17, dinner is $29, and some restaurants are offering $13 breakfast meals.

The owner of a long-time Oshkosh restaurant says it’s a great opportunity for people to have a new experience.

“We’ve got a pretty good following, been around for 47 years this year, going on 48, but it brings out a lot of people that wouldn’t normally try your place to your restaurant to give it a shot and try it out and try something different,” said Joe Ambrose, the owner of the Chalice Restaurant.

Diners wanting to participate can request special Restaurant Week menus. Tickets are not required but reservations are recommended.
