Paper Skyscraper to open third shop in Lake Norman WSOC TV [Video]

DAVIDSON, N.C. — A Charlotte staple is expanding to Davidson.

Local gift shop Paper Skyscraper announced in an email sent to customers Friday that it will open its third location in Davidson soon.

The popular boutique, known for carrying local products and unique items, will open at 610 Jetton Street in February.

“Our goal has always been to create a unique shopping experience, a place where customers can discover something new, find joy, and celebrate creativity,” owner and general manager Bill Godwin stated in the email. “We’re excited to bring this same energy and sense of community to Davidson and the Lake Norman area.”

Paper Skyscraper’s flagship location opened in Dilworth on East Blvd. more than 30 years ago. A second shop opened in Uptown at 101 South Tryon Street in 2023.
