DURAND, Mich. (WJRT)—On Saturday, the Byron Eagles All Sports Booster Club held a benefit concert for the community.
The concert was held at Holiday House at Holiday Shores on Goodall Road in Durand.
There was live music by Tweed and Dixie, a talented band known for their unique fusion of country and rock music.
Dinner was catered by Cancun Restaurant and there were plenty of raffle prizes.
All of the proceeds raised will be used to support the athletic department at Byron Area Schools.
Those in the booster club say events like this are essential.
