COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Most of the Supreme Court looks like they will uphold their position to ban TikTok. A hearing was held Friday about the app’s connection to China and free speech protections.
“I definitely couldn’t have foreshadowed a TikTok ban, but I will always say you should not put all your eggs in one basket,” Colorado Springs Influencer Alexa Reynoso said.
Reynoso says she has been able to stretch her social media reach to other platforms outside of TikTok.
Her page, Exploring Colorado Springs, has received thousands of views. One video featuring a nitrogen ice cream shop in the springs reached over 100,000 views on TikTok alone.
“TikTok I mean, they can go viral quickly or honestly stuff. We’ll post for a month. It’ll take 6 to 8 weeks and then it’ll go viral,” Reynoso said.
