FLINT, Mich. (WJRT) – Flint City Restaurant Week kicks off on Monday, January 13, with local businesses gearing up for a boost during what is typically a slow season. The event aims to highlight the dining options in downtown Flint and foster a sense of community.
“It matters to the people that work here, and that live here,” said Robb Klaty, owner of Flint Crepe Company, which he established as a brick-and-mortar store in 2011. “We are trying to build something downtown that isn’t always obvious or easy, because not a lot of people live here; it is not always top of mind.
