Mom Realizes Keyboard for Daughter’s Christmas Present Is Missing (Exclusive) [Video]

When Marisa Shumaker, who goes by Kaisa on TikTok, went to set up her 4-year-old daughter’s Christmas present — a keyboard — on Christmas Eve, she realized there was no keyboard included in the box. She went into “full-blown panic mode.”

The Harford County, Md., local says she had ordered the keyboard on Amazon, and it arrived in a “giant” box. The stand was substantially heavy, so she didn’t think to open it beforehand, assuming she wouldn’t be able to hide it due to its size.

“I was so worried that this would be the end of the Santa magic for my 4-year-old daughter,” Shumaker, 26, tells PEOPLE exclusively, recalling the moment. “We had just watched The Santa Clause movie the night before, and it made me think of when Neil and Laura were discussing what gift they didn’t receive that made them stop believing in Santa.”
