NYC weather: All is calm, all is bright [Video]

NEW YORK (WABC) — All will be calm, and all will be bright for Christmas on Wednesday, with a mix of sunshine and patchy clouds, but beware of some slick spots if you’re traveling.

Meanwhile, there is a good chance we’ll have our first white Christmas in New York City since 2009 — that is 15 years ago.

On any given year, there is only 13% chance of a white Christmas for the city.

The official National Weather Service qualification for a white Christmas is: 1″ of snow on the ground at 7 a.m. on Christmas morning.
