Dallas, Texas: 21-year-old killed in northwest Dallas, police say [Video]

DALLAS — A 21-year-old was shot and killed in northwest Dallas, police said. 

Officers responded to a shooting around 5 a.m. Saturday in the 9000 block of Sovereign Row, Dallas police said in a press release. The victim, who was later identified as 21-year-old Joseph Ortega, died at the scene police said. 

The incident is under investigation, police said.
