Cleveland Talent Alliance hosts career fair to retain Northeast Ohio graduates [Video]

CLEVELAND — Amongst the holiday decorations, there are handshakes, conversations and hopes of landing a good job that will kick off a successful career. It’s the second annual Winter Career Expo organized by the Cleveland Talent Alliance, a chance for Northeast Ohio college students to search for a job over the holiday break.

“We want to give them an opportunity to meet dozens and dozens of Cleveland-area employers, because we want them to come back and find their future in The Land,” explained Kara Carter, V.P. of Talent Solutions for the Greater Cleveland Partnership.

More than 400 college students registered with the chance to engage with 65 area companies, including some big names like Lubrizol, the Cleveland Guardians and Sherwin-Williams who are always looking out for local talent.
