Helping others during this time [Video]

We are all impacted in challenging ways by COVID-19, and while so much is out of our control right now, one thing that is in our power to do is help others. Struggling for ideas? I have compiled some ways that you can help others.

Even if you are isolating at home, please don’t isolate yourself from connection and from thinking of others. Let’s help each other get through this, and not forget that there will always be people who are facing greater challenges than we are.
