The Member of Parliament of North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has attributed the significant loss of the New Patriotic Party in the just-ended 2024 general elections to the Party’s failure to address issues that reflect the plight of Ghanaians.
Speaking on Metro TV’s Good Morning Ghana, on Friday, December 13, 2024, he stated that the NPP’s campaign was marked by frivolity and a total disregard for the concerns of citizens, despite the hardships caused by the same government.
Ablakwa further stated that rather than focusing their campaign on solution-driven policies and messages, the key figures of the government were instead seen dancing and singing.
