SAN ANTONIO – Any donations made to the Salvation Army 2024 Red Kettle campaign will be doubled this Friday and Saturday.
Midstream energy corporation Energy Transfer had pledged to match both in person and online donations for a two-day period up to $50,000.
The Salvation Army helps provide programs for the community through various programs, including shelter for families and homeless individuals, rent assistance for veterans and campuses for underserved kids.
Donations can be made at the Red Kettle stands at businesses like Walmart, Sam’s Club, Hobby Lobby or online. Here’s how you can donate through the KSAT Annual Parade of Kettles Competition.
Any donations you make between 8 a.m. Friday, Dec. 13, and by midnight on Dec. 14 will be matched.
