Fresh dig and sniffer dog at Drogheda site in Kyran Durnin mystery evidence hunt as man arrested on suspicion of murder [Video]

A MINI-DIGGER was lifted into green space as fresh searches got underway to find missing Kyran Durnin’s remains after a man was arrested on suspicion of murder.

The major investigation is continuing this morning as gardai question the second suspect to be lifted in relation to the case which stunned the nation.

The man was arrested this morning after a 24-year-old woman was released without charge yesterday.

Gardai sealed off two scenes in Drogheda, Co Louth this morning and have since completed a search at one of the properties.

Further details of this search are not being released for “operational reasons”, gardai said.

South of the town, a mini-digger was lifted over a wall and into a green area by a JCB this morning.
