COSTCO shoppers have once again called for the chain to follow in the footsteps of its rival by rolling out a new checkout policy.

And, if it comes to pass, it would make self-checkouts redundant.

Shoppers have lashed out at forums like Reddit to complain about in-store experiences.

Also, members have encountered problems when it comes to self-checkouts.

Shoppers have lamented how self-checkout lanes are slow and that it takes longer.

Customers have been quick to suggest solutions to the renowned wholesale chain.

“They need mobile checkout,” one shopper said.

“The self-checkout isn’t any faster, and they don’t impose an item limit.

“They need to adopt Sam’s Club mobile cart and checkout asap.”

Another furious member described Costco’s self-checkout system as a “joke.”

“They need to walk into a Sam’s Club to see how it’s done,” the shopper said.
