Some said it was unsafe and others said it just didn’t live up to expectations.

Kelly Williams said she went to the opening night of Jingle! in O’Fallon looking to kick off the Christmas season. 

“The first thing we did was we walked up to the tubing section and they put us in a tube, and started us down,” Williams said.

The experience changed her life, and not in a good way.

“As I was going down, my foot, it hit the rail and it just snapped. And then you fly off of it. And as I landed, I tried to get up. It’s my right foot. And I couldn’t get up on it,” Williams said.
