The James McGowan Ensemble, a dynamic 13-piece collective based in Canada’s National Capital Region, is proud to announce the release of its new 17-track album, ‘Reaching Out’. Blending jazz-fusion, classical elements, and spoken-word poetry, this ambitious project is a testament to the ensemble’s creative synergy and artistic depth.

At the heart of the ensemble is Modasaurus, James McGowan’s critically acclaimed jazz-fusion quartet, featuring Alex Moxon (guitar), JP Lapensée (bass), and Jamie Holmes (drums).
